August 2008 – Temporary change in service

The Bureau will be closed for drop-in advice from Monday 18th August to Monday 8th September 2008 to allow essential work to be carried out.
Telephone advice will be provided during normal opening hours over this three-week closure.
Telephone advice on 01923 234949 will be available on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10am to 4pm and on Tuesday from 1pm to 4pm.
 
Any inconvenience caused is regretted.


July 2008 – Client satisfaction headlines

Over the last four-week period all clients visiting the Watford CAB for face-to-face advice have been asked to complete a questionnaire telling the CAB what they thought of the services they had received. The headline results are listed below.

 86.7% of the clients were either very satisfied or satisfied with the Bureau’s opening hours. 93.2% were either very satisfied or satisfied with the way they were received at reception. 96.6% were satisfied (of whom 75% were very satisfied) that the adviser understood their problem and provided good advice with 95.7% being satisfied that the adviser did their best to help. 98% said that they would use the Watford CAB again and 98% said that they would recommend the services of Watford CAB to someone else in need of advice. 98.5% said that they were treated fairly at all times by the Bureau.
